Stephen Glass has been given a great opportunity at Aberdeen but warned his successor it's a "tough gig". The former Dons midfielder takes charge of his first match on Saturday, as his side face Livingston in the Scottish Cup.
Glass came in to replace McInnes after his departure by mutual consent, and the former boss had some words of wisdom for the new man.
He said on Premier Sports: "It's a brilliant club, it's a great opportunity for any young manager if you get that support which Stephen is clearly going to get. "I think that will be important to him it is a tough gig, the Aberdeen job, when it doesn't go well.
