Ryan Stephen Hall was seen driving at dangerous speeds, on the wrong side of the road and through red lights to avoid officers, Bolton Crown Court heard yesterday (December 15).
During a routine patrol in Bolton on Tuesday, November 23, at around 11.25pm police spotted a suspected stolen red Nissan Qashqai with cloned number plates.
