Carol Vorderman has paid tribute to her Welsh roots in a gushing post before opening up on why she stayed away for a "very long time".The 61 year old, who recently enjoyed a lavish health retreat away in Portugal, took to her Instagram feed to give her 206,000 followers a little insight on her relationship with the country.
