BRITNEY Spears' ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib feared the pop icon would die during the height of her troubles in 2007 and 2008. The paparazzo has told how the Toxic hitmaker wouldn't sleep for days and said Britney was reliant on prescription drug Adderall.
The amphetamine is often used to treat sleep disorders to help a person stay awake in the day as well as by those who suffer from ADHD.
Speaking for the first time in over a decade, Adnan, 49, says in new Netflix documentary Britney Vs Spears: "It was a very simple, very easy relationship, but between her fans and everybody else, it was like I was the bad guy. "There were nights where she was up and I had to stay up with her.
