'Bones' Actor Heath Freeman's Cause of Death Released
justjared.comHeath Freeman, well known for playing the villain Howard Epps on the hit Fox series Bones, tragically passed away at the age of 41 back in November 2021 and now, his cause of death has been released.

Specifically, the report specifies that he had fentanyl, cocaine, hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam (generic Xanax) in his system at the time of his death.
It has been ruled accidental. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Our continued thoughts are with Heath Freeman‘s friends, family, and loved ones during this time.
