'Bones' Actor Heath Freeman's Cause of Death Released

Heath Freeman, well known for playing the villain Howard Epps on the hit Fox series Bones, tragically passed away at the age of 41 back in November 2021 and now, his cause of death has been released.

The actor was found deceased at his home in Texas and the medical examiner’s report has been made publicly available. Click inside to read more… Heath tragically died from died from an overdose of opioids and narcotics, TMZ reports.

Specifically, the report specifies that he had fentanyl, cocaine, hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam (generic Xanax) in his system at the time of his death.
