Bill Cosby may be looking into a new court case. The 83-year-old comedian met with his legal team on Thursday (July 1) to explore a potential lawsuit against Montgomery County, TMZ reported. Click inside to read more… The comedian and his wife, Camille, are reportedly exploring his options for legal recourse after he spent the past few years in jail, which includes potentially suing the Pennsylvania county where he was tried.

According to the outlet, they’re looking into the possibility of a lawsuit for abuse of process, which is “one of several potential options” they’re discussing.

The court ruled earlier this week that an agreement he made with former prosecutor Bruce Castor in 2005 should have prevented him from being charged again.
