dailyrecord.co.ukA 60-year-old man suffered injuries in his own home following a disturbance in Ayr last night.The incident happened around 9.25pm within a property on the town's Whitletts Road.Police say the man, whose injuries were described as minor, did not require hospital treatment as they launched an appeal for information this afternoon.Local residents and motorists in the Whitletts area at the time have been asked to check any CCTV and dash-cam footage while witnesses to any suspicious activity were asked to come forward.Three men were seen in the area at the time with one wearing a green jacket with a hood.
