Adele Roberts says she's 'still getting used' to stoma as after bowel cancer operation

Adele Roberts has revealed that she is still "getting used to" her stoma following her surgery to treat her bowel cancer. The Radio One DJ revealed she had been diagnosed with bowel cancer a few days before she had an operation to remove a portion of her bowel on Monday, 25 October.

And in a new post shared to her Instagram on Saturday 6 November, the 42 year old marked one week since leaving the hospital after the operation.

Giving her followers an update of her recovery, Adele wrote: "Celebrating one week since leaving hospital. I cannot believe how well my little stoma is doing.

Made me so proud!" She added: "Still getting used to everything and learning what works for my new body." After joking that her girlfriend Kate Holderness.
