Actress Indira Varma has become the second Game of Thrones star to test positive for COVID-19.
The 46-year-old, who played Ellaria Sand on the show, has confirmed she’s battling the virus in an Instagram post on Wednesday (March 18, 2020). “I’m in bed with it and it’s not nice,” she wrote. “Stay safe and healthy and be kind to your fellow people.” Indira was starring in The Seagull in London’s West End, alongside fellow Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke, until the play was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic.
