On July 13, 1985, 72,000 people attended the star-studded Live Aid benefit concert at London's Wembley Stadium. The event, organized by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure, raised money for the Ethiopian famine.
Among those who took the stage at London's event were Status Quo, Elvis Costello, U2, David Bowie and, of course, Queen's iconic 21-minute set.
Frontman Freddie Mercury dominated the stage as he and the band rocked out to classics like "We Are the Champions," "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "Radio Ga Ga." In honor of the show's 35 year anniversary, revisit one of the best live performances of all time below.
