Emergency services were called out to a crash involving two vehicles on Lumb Carr Road this morning (May 13), close to the Hare and Hounds pub.

Police were sent out to the collision shortly after 6am and made enquiries at the scene throughout the morning. Paramedics were also in attendance, and a woman in her 30s was taken to hospital with a 'potential neck injury', North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) says.

No arrests have been made following the crash, Greater Manchester Police has confirmed. A road closure was in place close to the crash earlier this
