Man suffers serious injuries after car ploughs into two vehicles in south Manchester

Emergency services were called to Hemmons Road in Levenshulme just after 7pm on Monday (31 May) to reports of a three-vehicle crash.

A man suffered serious injuries in the collision, police said. Another man, aged 28, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving over the limit.

He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries. Eye witnesses described seeing a white Citreon C1 collide with a black BMW on Hemmons Road.
