Since the new series of Love Island launched earlier this month, Geordie Shore veteran Vicky Pattinson has been anything but shy when it comes to her opinions on the show.

Despite insisting she's a fan of the much-loved ITV2 dating series, the 34-year-old reality star - who is currently in the midst of planning her wedding to fiancé Ercan Ramadan - exclusively told OK!

that she finds it "easy to get sucked in" to a focus on looks and appearance when watching. "Everyone on Love Island is gorgeous," Vicky explained. "But there's more than one way to be beautiful and all bodily shapes are deserving of celebration and love! "I think it's important to remember that when watching love island as it's easy to get sucked in and forget you're lovely just as you are." Geordie beauty Vicky - who has recently launched a brand new line of lingerie with Pour Moi - also claimed that she'd fancy the chances of her younger self's success on the show. "I always joke that I would have smashed Love Island if it was around when I was younger, but I don't know! "Being who I was when I was younger, I probably would have found being surrounded by all that beauty a little bit intimidating, but I bet it's an amazing experience and I love to see everyone smash it and do well off the back of it." Having dealt with her fair share of body confidence issues and weight changes during her years in the spotlight, Vicky is now emphasising the importance of understanding that both what you see on-screen and what you see when looking in the mirror are equally beautiful, despite any differences. "A lot of what you see on Instagram is manipulated," she exclusively told OK!.
