Top cop who worked on Peter Tobin case coming to Ayr in new crime show

A former detective who worked on the case of serial killer Peter Tobin is coming to Ayr. TV crime expert David Swindle will take to the stage at Ayr Town Hall in a new show entitled Catching Killers.
