Thugs attack key worker and steal food in Glasgow assault spree

Thugs attacked a delivery driver and stole food before trying to nick a bike in an assault spree in Glasgow. The two incidents happened on Paisley Road and Admiral Street at around 10.25pm on Wednesday night, police said.

Two men were in a take-away on the street when they assaulted a delivery driver and made off with food before crossing over to Admiral Street.

Luckily the driver was unhurt in the attack.Once in Admiral Street, the men set upon another man and tried to steal his bike.

The man did not require medical treatment and managed to keep hold of his cycle.Police have launched a probe and issued descriptions of the men suspected to be involved.They are described as white, aged between 20 and 25 years old.One man had a heavy
