The 75-year-old caller, named Brian, sobbed as he revealed he hadn't seen his partner in six months due to lockdown and felt "depressed".
Speaking to hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield on Monday's show, Brian explained he missed his partner of 46 years and felt like he had no one to turn to.
