THIS Morning's Eamonn Holmes told Denise Welch to "calm down" during a tense debate rant about coronavirus 'scaremongering'.
The 62-year-old star, who was shouting at times during the debate, said the government had been frightening people. The actress, appearing via video-link frrom Portugal, insisted: "I've never felt so passionate about anything in my life." Speaking about the coronavirus crisis, she added: "I'm not saying this is over.
I'm not saying how horrendous this virus is and was. "But at the moment we have a one in 2million chance of dying of Covid and I have a one in three chance of getting cancer.
So can the government please tell us the proper statistics?" And she even aimed a dig at her ITV co-star during the tirade, saying:.
