We're barely into the new month but it's time for another full moon to brighten up the night sky.Stargazers will need to look out tonight as the 'Corn Moon' will peak in full, although this will technically fall into the early hours of Wednesday.The annual spectacle may mistakingly be referred to as the Harvest Moon or the Fruit Moon.However, as with everything in 2020, things are a bit different.The Harvest Moon is usually the first full moon that occurs closest to the September equinox.But with the equinox falling on September 22 this year, the closest full moon (and therefore the Harvest Moon) will occur on October 1.And that's why this week's full moon is called the Corn Moon.Explaining its name, NASA said: "The Maine Farmer's Almanac.
