Two decades after his conviction for drugs offences, Joseph Morley is finally behind bars again after years on the run. The 'Catch Me If You Can' criminal was jailed for 15 years in 1995 for conspiring to smuggle cocaine and heroin into the UK through Manchester Airport, The Liverpool Echo reports.But he spent 17 of the last 20 years on the run across Europe - jetting off to France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.Liverpool Crown Court heard Morley, 57, evaded capture for so long thanks to his use of multiple bogus passports and forged documents.
