Staff at the Tannahill Centre working hard to bring festive cheer to locals

Get the stories that matter to you sent straight to your inbox with our daily newsletter.Staff at a community centre have been hard at work to bring some festive cheer to families across Ferguslie Park this Christmas.While everyone was getting organised for the big day, the team at the Tannahill Centre was out delivering goodies to residents to enjoy over the festive period.With help from generous firms that handed in donations and a band of volunteers, there were smiles all round as 100 people were given Christmas hampers, coorie-in kits and youngsters were even given a special letter from Santa.It was electrical firm The Valley Group which helped make the Christmas hampers possible, with the packages being sent to residents who have been.

West Lothian cookery students make festive treat boxes for the local community
