The 41-year-old star was spotted walking near her home today with a large, yellow bruise on her forehead whilst her arms and hands were peppered with red marks.
Wearing denim dungarees and a striped top, Sophie failed to raise a smile as she took some exercise after telling fans about her accident last week.
The mum-of-five appeared to be in pain and discomfort with nasty cuts and grazes to her arm, hands, and forehead. At one point she was seen holding the back of her neck and her back, and looked downcast as she lifted one arm to reveal a bandage just below the elbow.
