HBO Max is officially the future home of “Zack Snyder’s Justice League,” aka The Snyder Cut. The film (TV miniseries?) is expected to arrive in 2021 and has been described by the filmmaker as a massive redo of the superhero film that flopped at the box office and failed to excite fans back in 2017.

The Snyder Cut is real and hitting HBO Max sometime in 2021. And because fans are feeling like superheroes themselves, it appears that the same vocal outpouring of support that forced Warner Bros.

And now for news that I honestly never thought I’d have to report—the Snyder Cut is real. Not only is the mythical cut of “Justice League,” fulfilling the vision of director Zack Snyder, a real thing, but it’s actually getting released.

After years of waiting, Zack Snyder and his legion of fans are on the verge of getting exactly what they have been wanting—a Snyder-approved cut of “Justice League.” And not only that, it appears that the mythical version of the superhero team-up film might actually not become a film at all. It could morph into something bigger.

Whether it will be a four-hour-long movie or a mini-series of six chapters is yet to be decided. The expected cost to complete the Snyder Cut is estimated to be between USD 20 million and USD 30 million. Immediately after the news broke out Henry Cavill and Jason Mamoa celebrated the big news!

Warner Bros. Pictures has revealed that it has listened to fan demand and will release ‘The Snyder Cut’ of Justice League sometime next year. The project will be presented as either a four hour movie or in six episodic chunks on the new HBO Max streaming service. Snyder surprised fans with the news on Wednesday during a live online commentary of his film Man of Steel with Henry Cavill.

Man Of Steel is a reboot of the Superman film series that portrays the character's origin story. The prequel dates back to the time when Superman discovers his special powers.
