Euro 2020 will be played in one country - potentially meaning Hampden misses out. The national stadium is due to host games at the rescheduled summer tournament, including two Scotland home games against Croatia and the Czech Republic.

Steve Clarke 's side are also due to travel to Wembley to face the old enemy, with the tournament spread out across the continent.

But as the coronavirus continues to rage across Europe things could change, with UEFA expected to make a final decision in March.

And the Bayern chief executive believes plans are already afoot to host the games in one country.Rummenigge said: "We shouldn't forget that the idea to play this tournament was made when Covid-19 did not exist.
