Rupert Everett is opening up about his former friendship with Madonna and why she doesn’t trust him anymore.

The two stars worked together on the 2000 movie The Next Best Thing, in which he played her gay best friend and they had a baby together.

The movie only grossed $14.9 million in the U.S. and was a big box office dud. Rupert gave an interview to The Sunday Telegraph‘s Stellar magazine and he was asked about his friendship with Madonna. “We don’t see each other anymore.
