Robert had a career in the entertainment industry that spanned over 60 years, where took on a number of roles both in front of and behind the camera.

Robert Downey, Sr. has sadly passed away, his wife confirmed to the New York Daily News. He was married to bestselling author Rosemary Rogers, who was home at the time of his death.
