evoke.ieRebel Wilson has revealed how she was kidnapped and held at gunpoint overnight during a trip to Africa. The Australian actress has revealed for the first time how she spent a terrifying night under armed guard with a group of other women.
The 40-year-old revealed she was in rural Mozambique, when their vehicle was stopped and armed men ordered them off the truck.
Rebel told Sky One’s Ant Middleton on his Straight Talking they really were in fear of their lives. But despite the terrifying ordeal The Bridesmaids star didn’t crack under the pressure.
Rebel said she got everyone in her group to link arms, in case one of them was attempted to be kidnapped alone by the gunmen, which was Wilson’s biggest fear.
