Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week.

Charles William Ingram (born 6 August 1963) is an English novelist, computer repairman, and former British Army major who became known for being accused and convicted of cheating on the television game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? in 2001, after winning the maximum prize of one million pounds. Following a lengthy trial at Southwark Crown Court, he was convicted on a single count of procuring the execution of a valuable security by deception. He was convicted of an unrelated insurance fraud in 2003, and ordered to resign his commission as a major by the Army Board.

PIERS Morgan was eager for a slice of the Quiz pie as he shared a throwback from his time on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire to mark the release of the TV docu-series.

The Good Morning Britain host, no stranger to dabbling in the pop trivia TV world for charity, looked fresh faced in the ITV hotseat as he awaited a question.

On the other side of the desk, host Chris Tarrant could be seen posing the question to see him progress up the cash ladder. Piers, 55, had dug out the image to mark the broadcaster's new show, centred on the gripping tea-time series and the actions of cheat major Charles Ingram, who is said to have devised a coughing scheme to secure the million pound top prize.
