ok.co.ukPeter Andre has paid tribute to his friend Sarah Harding as a year has passed since the Girls Aloud singer's tragic death after a battle with breast cancer.The 39 year old announced she had been diagnosed with the disease in 2020, with Peter sending her support at the time.
She sadly passed away on on 5 September 2021, with a whole host of celebrities paying tribute to the star. One year after Sarah's passing, Peter has written exclusively in his column: "This week marks one year since the passing of Sarah Harding. "It was such a shock when Sarah died, but what I love about the Great British public is that when a terrible situation like this happens and someone so loved passes, people put all their love and support behind the family. "Sarah was a very loved person, she will never be forgotten.
I hope her family have been able to in some way come to terms with their loss. It’s such a terrible thing to have happened to someone so young." Sarah was close friends with Peter's ex-wife Katie Price with the late singer being bridesmaid at former glamour model Katie's wedding to Peter in 2005.
Katie's collection of bridesmaids had a girlband theme, with Liberty X's Michelle Heaton, Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona, and of course, Sarah doing the honours.
