Perth and Kinross residents looking for a quick trim or to spruce up their gardens are finally getting their wish as lockdown restrictions were eased today.

From April 5 garden centres, homeware stores and click and collect services are allowed to reopen, as well as hairdressers and barbers.The latest guidelines are the second set to have been enforced over the Easter weekend, as Good Friday saw the stay at home rule replaced with guidance to “stay local”, urging residents to remain within their local authority area.
