The Swede was over the moon in the aftermath of James Forrest's strike in the 5-0 win over Rangers in April 2018 on the day the Hoops secured seven-in-a-row.
Lustig grabbed a nearby officer's head gear as Celtic's stars piled onto the Scotland star to celebrate their third goal before the half-time whistle.
