dailyrecord.co.ukKilmarnock estate has unlocked "undoubted potential".Plans to build a huge distribution warehouse fit to house almost 500 vans and 200 cars on the Moorfield North Industrial Park were given the go ahead by East Ayrshire Council in April this year.The giant build across 10.7 acres will swallow the four remaining plots at the site that already houses the likes of Cook School Scotland, Braehead Foods, Plumbase, and MKM Building Supplies.Lands Improvement Holdings flogged the freehold sale of the plots to Dundee-based West Ranga Property Group for the six-figure sum.The boss at the strategic land development company says that the site has been "developed" under the firm's ownership which dates back more than three decades.The Ayrshire Live app.
