According to reports via Daily Mail, Meghan Markle recently removed her maiden name “Rachel Meghan” from her and Prince Harry’s son Archie's birth certificate in favour of “Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Sussex” as a nod to Princess Diana.

This recent change brings Archie’s birth certificate closer to Prine William and Prince Harry’s as their mother added her name as “Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales” on their certificates.

This is not the first change in Archie’s birth certificate, it was reported by The Sun previously that while the baby was born on May 6, 2019, a month later, on June 6, the name was changed.
