The Health Secretary said that vaccine supply would be "tighter" next month than it has been in March, with the NHS set to deliver around 12 million second doses.
Mr Hancock sought to reassure those who are expecting a second dose of the vaccine that appointments will not be delayed or cancelled amid concerns that the vaccine roll-out will be considerably slower from the end of March.
