Manchester United must sign a midfielder and two forwards in the summer if they want to compete at the top of the Premier League.
That is the view of former Unitedmidfielder Paul Ince, who admitted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are still ‘a way off’ challenging Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the table.
Speaking to Goal, Ince said Solskjaer will need to get rid of certain players this summer and replace them with quality forwards if they have any ambitions of a title challenge in 2020/21. “There are players who Ole will still feel should not be there next year,” Ince said.
