Mayo was arrested when police arrived.The court heard the mother was left 'terrified' by her ordeal.Mayo previously received an indeterminate sentence in 2008 for wounding with intent.His lawyer Betsy Hindle said he was recalled on that sentence following this incident in June.She said the day before the incident, Mayo had.
