A simple mistake on your CV could be the reason you’re struggling to find a new job, according to recruiters. Thankfully, according to a slew of TikTokers, it’s easily fixed by removing specific dates from your resume.

The popular tip came to light after @theschoolofhardknocks featured a savvy guest in one of its popular street interviews. When quizzed about the best advice she could give her younger self, the guest replied: "To delete your graduation year from your resume, to delete it from everything that you can imagine."She went on to explain recruiters often look at a candidates' real-world experience when determining salaries - something that did not apply to her since she left education with strong work experience already under her belt.
