Coronavirus has claimed the lives of more than 1,500 people in Greater Manchester. At the Manchester Evening News, we are determined to honour the lives of those who have died in our area.

Every figure represents a mother, son, father or daughter who was cherished to someone. We want to put a face to the figures, to remind people of the rich lives that these people lived.
