But after the joy of a family Christmas, Louise was feeling reflective as she reminded fans they are not alone. "I’m definitely struggling at the moment so just wanted to say let’s all try and stick together," she wrote on Instagram. "Stay strong, stay positive and please remember you're not alone there is always someone to talk to!
