Ed Sheeran’s vast property empire now worth £61m after snapping up new houses in lockdown
ED Sheeran’s huge property empire is now worth £61.5m after he splashed out on new houses in lockdown. According to new documents filed under the singer’s two firms, Maverick Properties Limited and Maverick Commercial Properties Limited, with Companies House, he’s added £4.5m worth to his portfolio. Ed, who is worth a reported £200m, snapped up the properties for cash - as the documents don’t show any mortgage payments. Back in February, The Sun reported that Ed owned 27 houses, flats and commercial properties - including his huge estate in Suffolk, restaurant Bertie Blossoms and a mansion in London where he stays in the capital. He also owns two properties at Covent Garden in central London and a pair of flats next to Battersea Dogs
