Writing in a column for The Times newspaper, the Location, Location, Location star, who previously hit out at Amy Hart while she was on Love Island, explained that her other half has tested positive for the deadly bug.
The 48 year old added that he may have given the it to Kirstie's sister, too, as she has been exhibiting symptoms that fit covid-19.
Kirstie made the decision to take her children out of school after Ben fell ill with the virus so they could all self-isolate together.
