Kanye West donated $2 million to Black resistance causes and started a college fund for George Floyd's six-year-old daughter, Gianna Floyd, following a week of protests across the nation for the Black Lives Matter movement.

West has also offered to cover the legal fees for Ahmaud Arbery's and Breonna Taylor's families as they seek justice for the wrongful deaths of their loved ones.West's donations come after Twitter users critiqued the rapper for not having spoken out regarding Floyd's murder.
