Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Fiancé Joe was laid over on the bed playing with their daughter Rose as she chatted to Stacey. He told her she had 'mutant hair legs', to which Stacey replied "I don't have mutant hair legs" before he accused her of ruining his razor. "The razor is perfectly," she said as she held it up to show the camera.
Stacey shared the funny moment to her Instagram and captioned the post: "Had to shave my legs for my first day back at Loose Women & Joe's not happy I found his new razor.
