Jennifer Metcalfe and Greg Lake have just announced they have called time on their nearly eight year relationship.The Hollyoaks actress, 36, who shares three-year-old son Daye with Greg, 35, posted a statement to Twitter confirming the sad news, adding that they will "remain friends" as they co-parent their child.The TV stars first met back in late 2012, announcing a few years later that they were expecting their son together with Jennifer speaking to OK!
