Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. He played seven seasons with Seattle Mariners, three seasons with the Texas Rangers and twelve seasons with the New York Yankees. Rodriguez began his professional career as one of the sport's most highly touted prospects, and is considered to be one of the greatest baseball players of all time.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are reportedly raising money to make a bid for the New York Mets baseball team. The actress/singer and retired baseball star have reportedly teamed up with JPMorgan Chase’s managing director Eric Menell, the bank’s co-head of North American media investment banking, to discuss raising the capital to potentially make an official offer, according to Variety.

The team is currently owned by the Wilpon family, who were in discussions last December to sell 80 per cent of the team – a deal which valued the Mets at $2.6 billion.
