'It could have been prevented, without a doubt': Father of Emily Jones slams mental health services over her killing at the hands of a 'ticking timebomb'

"She was is like a ticking time bomb - if it wasn't Emily it would have been somebody else," he told The M.E.N."The fact that the trust allowed her to go three months without checking up on her and her sister had made noises to say that she wasn't right but they didn't act on it.
