I'M A Celebrity star Jessica Plummer has admitted she's already "in training" for her scant show diet. The ex EastEnders actress, who will enter the ITV reality series this weekend, told how she's chowing down "rice and beans" in preparation for the staple foods during the series.

The mum of one is currently self-isolating in Wales ahead of I'm A Celeb's first ever UK series, after being forced to switch its regular Australian jungle location due to coronavirus.

She revealed her basic diet on her Instagram Stories - in preparation for weeks spent on a handful of minimalist food rations due to the programme's critter-filled challenges - as she filmed herself getting a regular coronavirus test.
