Former Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis has shared an emotional post with her Instagram followers, as the heartbroken actress admits she is struggling in the aftermath of her tragic miscarriage.

Earlier in the week, in a brave video posted online, the 28-year-old told fans she had devastatingly suffered a miscarriage before reaching the twelfth-week mark in her pregnancy.

In a photo posted Thursday, Stephanie confided in fans of her continuing heartbreak, writing:’C**p morning. Still in bed. Crying over what could have been and what if,’ she penned in a lengthy caption alongside a teary-eyed selfie.
