Dr Kershaw's Hospice in Royton, Oldham, runs a number of care in the community services for terminally ill people across the borough.

But nurses are running low on fuel and have so far been unable to find any at nearby petrol stations. They fear that if they are unable to fill up their cars, they will not be able to reach patients to provide them with the care they need.
