The pair, whose relationship became public in June 2019, are believed to have exchanged commitment rings just before Christmas.
Heather, 53, who was previously married to Paul McCartney, does not seem to be bothered by the 17-year age gap between herself and Mike, as the couple are reportedly smitten with each other.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘Heather and Mike are incredibly happy. It’s so good to see a smile on her face again after a turbulent few years. ‘They’re completely in love.
