Harry and Meghan's 'hostile environment training' from bomb threats to missiles and kidnap

It’s claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be given ‘VVIP’ (or Very Very Important People) status during their stay in Holland for the Invictus Games.This means they’ll get top-level protection from local guards, along with their own private security team and direct links to emergency services.
But it seems the pair aren’t taking any chances and have prepared by taking part in war zone training. Hostile environment training is a course usually reserved for journalists who are expected to visit a war zone - so what will the Sussexes have learned?
According to the Daily Mirror, a ‘detailed extraction process’ has been put together to keep the Sussexes safe in the event of a terror attack.
While Harry and Meghan have been told there’s no immediate risk to their safety, they don’t seem so sure. Security experts have warned that the Invictus Games ‘ticks boxes’ for terrorists.
